Releases for Deadwood

Fourth release with 70 of the 80 conversion topics addressed. This includes 13 of the 17 Form API topics mentioned in the 5.x to 6.x FormAPI changes roadmap. The module probably handles the bulk of changes in many modules, including the Schema API, Menu API and Form API.

Important
---------
Before installation, make sure the "sites/default/files" directory exists and the web server process has write access to it.

After installation, go to the API changes page (admin/settings/deadwood/api) and confirm the conversion list was loaded properly (it loaded if the 80-item list displays on this page). If not, click the "Reload the API changes" button to load the API conversion list. Using the menu hierarchy, this page is Administer / Site configuration / Module conversion.

On this same settings page, please review the default set of conversions to be applied. By default, all items are set to be applied except those with a code status of "Not available" or "Not needed." You may override the defaults when you run the conversions build page.

After installation, go to the API changes page (admin/settings/deadwood/api) and click the "Reload the API changes" button. Using the menu hierarchy, this page is Administer / Site configuration / Module conversion. This will load the API conversion list. This is fixed in the latest development snapshot.

On this same settings page, please select the default set of conversions to be applied. If not done, when you run the conversions build page, you will get a message "Please select at least one conversion to apply."
