I also got this on my own site. It showed up a lot at the beginning of indexing, less so at the end. I wondered if it was old broken nodes (my site goes back to 4.5.x, obvious d.o goes back a lot longer), but didn't look into it in depth.

I committed a patch to cleanup indexing, and to gracefully handle a request to index an invalid node.

Earlier I opened a possibly related issue that is resulting in invalid content ending up in the index queue.
