The newest update for the DHTML menu module broke my entire Drupal site if I had the bookmarks module enabled, and it was set as block. If I removed the bookmarks block, it showed just fine.

This is a contrib bug, not core. Sending it to DHTML Menu, but could be a bookmarks bug too.
