Could you elaborate please. I've never heard of this module let alone used it, so "breaks" is far to vague.

I am using Global Redirect and Embed widgets to embed some content from my drupal web site to another! i make the last Global Redirect update, and the Embed widgets stop working, so disable the Global Redirect, the embed work fine

I cannot replicate this problem. It appears to work fine for me
