Duplicate text appears after editing

Issue Summary

I used Form Defaults to change the text in the "Personal Contact Form" field on the "edit" tab for user accounts. The new text now appears twice in the "Personal Contact Form" section -- once above the checkbox and once below. The Form Defaults edit screen only shows one textarea box for the edited text, so I wasn't able to find a way to delete the duplicate text. Using one of the "edit" links to delete one of the text blocks resulted in both text blocks deleted. I also tried hiding one of the text blocks through the Form Defaults edit page, but instead it hid the entire "Personal Contact Form" section. I was able to edit other text fields on the same page without a problem. Is there a way to delete one of the duplicate text blocks in this situation? (If this makes a difference, I made the edits as an admin user but noticed the issue on the "edit" tab for both admin and non-admin user profiles.)
