I enabled the Contact module and set up a side wide contact form. I enabled the menu for it and moved it to Primary Links.

The problem is, if someone isn't logged into the site, the menu link to it doesn't display.

I poked around security settings and I don't see anything.

I went through the forums and I didn't find anything that seemed to help.

Any ideas on how I can let an anonymous user view the contact form?

If you go to access permissions for anonymous users:

/admin/user/access/1

Scroll down to "contact module" and check the box across from "access site-wide contact form" then save changes.
