Google warning displayed to anonymous users, help!

Suddenly, anonymous users of my web site are given a drupal warning message on top of the page: "Customize the message displayed to users when referred by Google. It's useful for helping or instructing them to register if they wish."
I am using Google AdSense, but this happens with AdSense module enabled, or even if I manually place Google code into my web page template.

I am very sorry to bother, I can't tell if it's drupal related, I am searching through Google knowledgebase as well, but any kind of direction would be opf great avail. :-(
