I need a customized module for my site. We are developing an educational portal. On the portal students register for their courses, etc via online forms. We have implemented this using CCK, etc. However, students are expected to make certain payments before they can register a form or create any similar content. These payments are collected through the sale of special PIN codes, which the registering student will purchase and use as a means of validating of payment on the portal.

We therefore need someone to develop a module that can restrict access to create such forms or content based on the special PIN codes for this. The module should be able to validate a certain PIN code and tag it to the user who purchased it and ensure that it is not reusable by another student/user on the portal.

There is a PIN code module, perhaps your could repurpose it. http://drupal.org/project/pin
