Conflict with TinyMCE

Great module, love it.

Unfortunately I am experiencing conflicts with TinyMCE. With supernav enabled any formatting in TinyMCE only applies to the top paragraph regardless of which was actualyl selected. With supernav disabled the probem disappears. I have tried 5.x-1.0 and the dev version but have the same problem. Any ideas?
