I am not sure whether I should report this issue as a bug or a feature request…

I find it odd that only the administrator can close a poll. It would seem logical to me that the creator of a poll has access to the ‘edit’ tab so that he or she can close a poll.

I don't know what has happened in the mean time (I have not upgraded Drupal), but now it seems users are able to deactivate their own polls. So I will close this request.
