Views + Menu Taxonomy = There are currently no posts in this category.

Hello
In all menu items where i use a View associated to it i obtain the message: "There are currently no posts in this category." followed by the the view and all its content. Can i comment/remove this message?
Whats the best way to solve this problem??

i solved by editing the taxonomy.inc file. Just commenting the line "There are currently no posts in this category." .
