Fatal error when module is enabled

Description
After I enabled module it showed Fatal error: Call to a member function retrieve() on a non-object in /www/drupal/sites/all/modules/ldap_lookup/ldap_lookup.user on line 167 giving me no chance to configure it.
How to make it properly? There's no documentation to this module...
