Currently the pager that allows a user to browse through terms is numeric, however since terms are typically single words, or short phrases, an alphabetical pager would improve usability.

obviously, not too many ppl take care about the, in my eyes strange, way the pages of terms are sorted.
but for my quite large vocabularies, it's a pain not to be able to browse them alphabetically but to have to guess where to find the term i wanna work with by clicking, waiting, clicking, waiting ...

would be nice to be able to configure the pagination to the users needs (number of terms per page, alphabetic or numerical paging etc.)

I would also be very interested in this feature request. For very large vocabularies it is very tedious to find a term.
