vBulletin Integration

We are an established vBulletin based forum site looking to integrate Drupal with our existing vB installation. The following requirements will need to be met:

o can be used on a working site and forum with existing users;
o matching theme between CMS and forum
o integrated search between nodes, pictures, and forum posts
o authentication and synchronization in both directions;
o automatic creation of users in both systems;
o synchronization of account info usernames, passwords, emails, signatures, avatars, user level
o synchronization of profile info when drupal profile module is enabled;
o support of drupal profile, signatures_forum, avatar_selection, birthdays modules;
o forum can work in the full window AND in block inside drupal

We are aware of the following solutions:

1. VBDrupal
2. Drupal VB
3. Drupaltin

VBDrupal is not an option for us as its a branch of Drupal that we are not willing to support. Drupaltin as of 6/23/08 is not being developed and will not be for sometime even if the developer comes back to the project (http://forums.theoverclocked.com/showthread.php?t=4071). Drupal VB seems to be the best (only) option.

In addition to the vBulletin integration some additional design work and basic module deployment will be required. Please send complete proposals including past performance, approach to design, development, proposed modules, and estimated cost and timeline. Proposal quality will be a critical factor in our decision.
