wrong href in admin comment when batch is closed

Issue Summary

In the description field I get the following text,with a wrong href:
03/07/2008
10:17:23 AM - <a href="/?q=node/4132">Clieop Batch closed</a>

Is this still the case? Ubercart did an XXS fix on the admin log so the link is now escaped. But is the node ID wrong?
