After activating advforum all of the user pictures have changed to a button that says !user (usersname) Picture in a button that links to their profile. I would like for it to actually show to user picture and I can not figure this out.

My other problem is on the main forum page under recent posts it says that its by anonymous user instead of the users name.

I understand that these could be problems with the forum module itself and if so please direct me to the correct place.

Advanced forum uses theme_userpicture so the picture problem is likely elsewhere. The other is an issue that's already been fixed.

Hi Michelle,
I hate to be a pain in the butt, but I'm having this problem too with the forum overview showing anonymous as the poster, until I enter the specific forum, then it show who posted the comment or post.
Its on the main forum page where it shows anon as the poster or commenter.

I have searched the forums and didn't find an answer.

I'm using advanced_forum-5.x-1.0-alpha10.tar.gz

If you could just point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
