How can I replace the word Attachment from a node which have file attached?

Appears to be in the "Upload" module of Drupal 6.10. Check the section :
* Displays file attachments in table
Line 344 $header = array(t('Attachment'), t('Size'));
Change the word 'Attachment' to whatever you like.
