Ma.gnolia API locked

On the logs it appears that the Ma.gnolia API has some sort of problem.
I have created an account and copied over the API key, twice.
It still seems to have a problem and it comes up on the logs with the following message :
Magnolia Error (Error: 210) : User is not permitted API access.
