It is to my understanding that the Drupal.org contact us page http://drupal.org/contact is using the same module as included in version 4.6.x. I've enabled the contact module... but do not see it under the admin/settings menu. Where do I set the subjects, recipient list, etc..?

Drupal.org is running verison HEAD. Functionality was added in preperation for 4.7 release for a 'global' contact form.
