Thank you for making this nice tool!

I have a multisite install. I first had a look at the system statistics for the default site:

./dran.sh -u http://example.com -sv

That seemed to give correct results (I checked Nodes, Users, Modules Enabled and Terms).
Next I tried a subdomain installed in sites/subdomain.example.com which uses its own database:

./dran.sh -u http://subdomain.example.com -sv

The results did not match the current install, instead were exactly the same as for the default site.

Can you put in the description that DRAN doesn't work in multisite?

Will do. I would like to add this as a feature but I have a lot of other projects on the go so if it will be available it will be quite a long time.
