Serious bugs with Bluemarine for PHPTemplate

when you have installed PHPTemaple and Bluemarine for PHPTemplate in Drupal 4.6.2 and you click on a node to see it, you see twice its title, and one title is clickable, which is totally wrong and this does not happen with bluemarine for xtemplate. I have tested this and the bug happens when Taxonomy Menu module is enabled. See an example here.
