HTML Email witin Drupal- What ways have you found to work?

Hello all,

Recently I was asked, "Can Drupal do HTML email?"

My first inclination, of course, is to say "Yes!" because that is always the answer with the D. But after working with Drupal for 2 years, I never faced this question and thought I would ask all those in the Drupal community.

So how did you accomplish HTML email?
