the right way to taxonomy and menu ?

Hello
I've created a menu for a portal website :
item A ( with a submenus items : A1, A2, ...)
item B ( with a submenus items : B1, B2, ...)
item C ( with a submenus items : C1, C2, ...)

I set up the taxonomy part :
vocabulary A with ( A1, A2, ... terms)
vocabulary B with ( B1, B2, ... terms)
vocabulary C with ( C1, C2, ... terms)

I'm just wondering if it's the right way to do this ?
