possible to filter with terms from only a specific level (first)

Issue Summary

hey there I have some terms with hierarchies and I want to use with refine by taxo. In the block to "refine" all terms are displayed in a flat list, but I would like to keep the hierarchy so there is a more "ordered" feel about it in general. Could you point me to where I should check out on the module to display a taxonomy tree and not a falt list of terms ?? I could then post a patch to the module to work with hierarchies..
