RSS aggregator that will allow me to set arbitrary teaser limit?

I need to aggregate some RSS feeds on my site. There's a problem with one of the feeds - it publishes the full. I need to be able to restrict the length of a teaser. Any ideas? Thanks.

With Drupal 6 and the views module (version 2.3 or +) is posible to create a view for feed items and set the teaser limit as you see in http://www.macrss.es/agregador
