I haven't used the others so I couldn't say. Feel free to try them out and post your resutls.

The bookmarks module was re-written for D6 to take advantage of the new menu system and is heavily based upon it. The main features are that users can bookmark anything including external urls and those marks can be made public. Additionally, the http://drupal.org/project/flag module duplicates some of this functionality but serves a different purpose.
