Cannot get logged in to create website

When we type in our website, we get the login screen which also gives the
four steps to get started. But when we put in our user name and
password,
it does not recognize the user and password. So we tried changing the
password and it is still not allowing us in. We are very confused and
need
assistance as soon as possible. Thank you.
