As you have written in the description of this module, its functionality is included in D6. Would it be possible to make such a remark for the upgrade status module? (http://drupal.org/project/upgrade_status) This would be great.

I have no idea how to do this, perhaps you should contact the maintainer of the upgrade status module http://drupal.org/user/54136 ?

Or at least make an entry to http://groups.drupal.org/node/5036
