The HTML and CSS should and appears to be identical to that of the proctor interface, yet the record interface doesn't render at the top of the page.

Changing the position attribute to fixed solves the problem, but makes the interface overlay scroll with the page (as the CSS property is intended to work).

Not sure if that is seen as a benefit or not. Any opinions?

If the proctor (interface shown when participant is "running" a study) and ideal path recording interface are preferred to stay at the top of the screen even when scrolling then I will just change the CSS and this bug will be alleviated.
