event_load for event.module

this patch adds a hook to function event_calendar_data which allows other modules to load any necessary information prior to event.module rendering a calendar. this hook will be needed by eventrepeat.module for automatic rendering of repeat sequences. patch applies to both HEAD and 4.6.
