The main reason for this new release is to encourage users to use the latest version 3.5 of jsMath which can be downloaded from http://downloads.sourceforge.net/jsmath/jsMath-v3.5.zip. The install.txt instructions have been updated accordingly.
The new release also includes an XHTML compliance fix contributed by vyvee.
