Error

I have just installed the Alpha 5 release. However, I install it but cannot get to the update.php page anymore. It jsut shows a completly blank page. Then when I go back to my homepage I get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting ')' in /*******/sites/all/modules/spam/modules/spam_comment.inc on line 48

I have also tried the Dev version and get the same result.
