Horizontal scrollbar appears if taskbar is on right side of screen

Hi there. I'm using this lovely theme and I have just one problem. I like to have my Windows taskbar on the right side of the screen, and doing this creates a horizontal scrollbar to scroll those few pixels the taskbar takes up. Very frustrating! Moving the taskbar to the normal position (ie bottom of the screen) removes the scrollbar. Also I noticed this problem doesn't occur with Garland.
