Seconding this request. I have a site that allows anonymous users to upload content, and I feel that this would be a very effective addition to this module.
Seconding this request. It would be useful as a "liability waiver" when registering for an event. For example - every event that is registered for, the user must agree to waive liability. Tokens could be used to add the event name, user's name, date, etc to the waiver.
I could use this. I have a health related site that I want content developers to check a box stating they are not submitting any Protected Health Information. I would need this to appear on any newly or edited content.
