I deleted the nav block, and i figured out i can get to most of the admin stuff i was doing through /admin but as far as creating content, uhhh how do i get there?

Also, i wanted to create menus on certain pages.

Ie in about node i wanted say a menu only to appear on that page that says 1 | 2| 3, so i created a menu 1, and said menu link.

have the navigation bar as an optional thing, and it says that the user can choose wether they want to show it n account settings but i am in the user menus and i dont see it?

I would suggest you get and install the admin_menu module.

http://drupal.org/project/admin_menu

It will provide all your admin options/menus in a dropdown bar at the top of your page. Users will not see it and it makes your life a whole lot easier.

well i got the showing the nav menu, but still cant figure out how to do dub menus
