I have a bit of a problem in that I want modules (or their menu items) to only appear in certain of my sub-domains. My custom application modules are fine as I can trap the domain in hook_menu, but standard modules are a different kettle of worms. The idea is that we have a corporate site and sub-domains focussed on each of our services with the relevant components only in each sub-site. domain_menu seems to be a bit cumbersome in that I have to build completely new menus for each sub-site.
BTW: brilliant module, thanks

agentrickardThere is no easy way to do this. I believe you could disable the default menu items and override them on a case-by-case basis.
You can also try table prefixing the menu tables {menu} and {cache_menu} with Domain Prefix. This would allow completely different menu settings for the sites.
This feature was deliberately not built into the module.

agentrickardOut of scope.
