Description
If there are a lot of files in the directory you're browsing then a scrollbar becomes available BUT the entire contents of the window scroll. This isn't very helpful, you lose the column headings and all the other icons. The header information should remain fixed when scrolling

Tried in Safari, Firefox(3) and IE. Problem exists in all.

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for two weeks with no activity.

Issue fixed in FireFox but not in the other 2 browsers. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to fix it in Safari however I'm not at all sure it can be easily fixed in IE.
