PDF view Install and link to pdf files

I need a pdfview installed and all pdf files on my directory/subdirectory linked to the Menu ( so perhaps create the menu/taxonomy).
It should be quick for anyone familiar with it.
There are some 4000 pdf files sprtead over a well structured directory/subsdirectory system sorted by dates and titles.

If there is a PDF theme wrapper module where the pdf files can open within the theme, that would be great. I am using garland now.

you can just create a new content type and enable its attach. Use content for meta data like dates and titles and upload pdf files as attach.
