Add functionality to support user referance as well.

Issue Summary

Just the module i was looking for, except its limited to node reference - so i added user reference support.

You can now select 'User Reference: Nodes created by the users referenced by NID' - works the same way but lists the nodes created by the users reference. Handy when you have bio / user node / node profile installed as you can then limit the results by that node type. It may also have other uses.

It may be worth refactoring and splitting the functionality out into a sub module - with its own check box on the modules page, as in my modification it is dependent on both userreferance and nodereferance. The alternative is to remove the dependencies all together.

I also changed some wording in the info file and updated the text in the options field.

Personally i think this should be part of the CCK module as its an important side to the user/node reference fields. But thats just me :)

#todo (optional) extend to allow listings of nodes that have been commented on by users referenced by the user reference field ;)
