Description

I found something little bit strange.

1. Automatic parent setting doesn't work in customized contents type

This is very good feature, which I call Automatic parent setting.
If I make a child node by clicking the 'create new child' link in 'Children' tab of a parent node's editing mode, automatically the parent node is set in 'parent field of Node hierachy' of the newly made child node.
So I don't need to look for one node from many many pre-existing nodes to choose a 'parent' node.

But, this good feature doesn't work for the added content type, which is not pre-exiting content type by core of drupals. So I couldn't use this feature for the content type I created.

Do you know any clue of this problem?

2. Children Tab of a node is not highlighted even though I click it. Instead 'View' Tab is highlighted.
But I can still see 'This node has no children, create new child ....'

Help!!!! :-)

one more for Automatic parent setting.

When I select 'page' or 'story' of 'create new child' link in 'children' tab,
'Page' or 'Story' page shows up right after.

But if I select new added customized content type, 'Create Content' page shows up.
So I should select a content type I want to create again.

This is not behavior I have ever encountered, but I have not used the 6.x version of the module extensively. I'll look into trying to reproduce the issue.

This should be fixed in dev now.

As for the other issue, I can't seem to reproduce the issue with custom content types. Can you give me the exact steps to reproduce? When you click the create new child link, what is the url you go to?

Thanks
