Wordpress Structure Theme

Heya Everybody :)

I don´t know,if its the right section ...

I am an beginner in Theme creation.

I need the Wordpress Structure Theme. You can download it here :

In the Structure of the Wordpress Theme are many other Files and JQuery Tab´s.

Can anyone explain me, how i can convert it or can anyone convert it ?
