I just installed the drupal 6.3 over my existing drupal. The front page comes up fine, but when I click any link I get...

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Anyone else get this and know how to fix it?

The only file that won't upload for some reason is...
drupal/sites/default/default.settings.php

Don't want to bump, but this is hindering performance. Any help is appreciated.

Check permissions on not only the settings file, but the parent directory.
