Hi, I'm setting up my first site and have a need for various sections of the site to have a varying middle (content) portion. If I set up sub-themes is it then fairly easy for a user to specify which sub-theme to use for a page? Also, I would assume that once a page has been created and placed under a sub-theme any child pages would automatically use that sub-theme too. Is that correct?

I am marking this because I am sure that the inheritance bug will show it ugly head. I have not had a chance to investigate Drupal 6 for this.
