How can I make a dropdown list for sorting?

I have a list of companies, which I've made with views and now I want my users to be able to sort this companies depending on services they provide. Each company has several common services, which are created in taxonomy. I think it's kind of filter, but I'm not sure how that can be done.

Setup the desired criteria sorting fields in the "Filters" section of the view configuration page, then expose them to the users via the "Exposed Filters" section.

EDIT: sorry I just noticed you posted about d6. It's very similar-- except in d6 when you add a filter, you are also presented with the opportunity to "Expose" it via the "Expose" button.
