I've set up Ubercart and proceeding through the testing process. Everything looks good, except dealing with one strange issue. I have a product with a unit price of $50.00, and applying a state tax of $4.13 and shipping and handling of $19.60. On the Ubercart review order page, it looks like this:
Review Order
Subtotal: $50.00
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Flat-Rate Box: $19.60
Subtotal excluding taxes: $69.60
Texas sales tax: $4.13
Order total: $73.73
Seems good to me. Then click the "submit order" button to be transferred to PayPal (we're using Website Payments Standard) and something odd happens ... $0.01 is added to the unit price.
When in PayPal, we see the following:
Unit Price: $50.01
Shipping and Handling: $19.60
Tax: $4.13
Total: $73.74 USD
Where did the extra cent come from?

Island Usurper commentedI don't suppose this has been fixed over the past...5 months, has it? If not, I'd like a list of relevant settings to see if I can reproduce this error.

sgdev commentedA list of relevant settings? There are no relevant settings other than the PayPal module enabled, USPS shipping module enabled, and using Website Payments Standard as the payment method. What other information are you seeking? There are no settings options used as their would be with Authorize.Net.
Set up a product that costs $50, a sales tax of 8.25%, add USPS Priority Mail as the option, and process the transaction.

rszrama commentedSounds like a rogue rounding issue to me, but I could not duplicate on the Livetest.

tr commentedOriginal poster hasn't provided additional information in more than a year and there have been no confirming reports of a problem - I think it's safe to close the issue now...
