Desired behavior: Ability to set the most wonderful taxonomy_context menu block as persistent or always visible.

Current behavior: the taxonomy_context menu is only visible when a node with taxonomy is actually being viewed. It disappears when you go to any navigation menu item. The menu even disappears when you are editing the node in question!

Yes, I'd really appreciate that. Please add an option to enable display of all terms hierachically at any time.

This feature is available in the 5.x version. I'm not adding features to 4.x.
