Hello! I wish to join the doumentation team.

Hi there,

I'm heebie. I've been using drupal for quite a while now, and the time's come for me to put something back, in addition to helping out in the support forums.

So, I'd like to join the documentation team and be assigned the documentation maintainer role, please!

One of the main issues that people seem to have with Drupal is it not that easy to set-up, use and maintain if you are not a "techie". Whilst the getting starting guide does a bit to alleviate this, I think it is severely lacking in several areas, and this is what I am setting myself to work on: simpler and clearer documentation for first-time users.
