Love your modules. I was hoping that there might be a D6 version of ImageField sometime soon.

A Drupal 6 version of Imagefield is being worked on, and it will be ready "When it's Ready".

By the way, you can use the combination of filefield and filefield image module, that do the same things very well.

With all due respect webernet, your comment (#1) comes across as flippant.
When developing a new site, key module availability plays a big part when choosing which Drupal version to run with.
If you could provide a ballpark estimate for when you feel the D6 version will be released, it would be greatly appreciated.

My understanding from the project maintainer is that there is likely to be an alpha release within the next couple of weeks.
As always, testing, detailed bug reports, and patches are welcome for this and any drupal project.
