I have a strange behavour of [menupath] as my Default path pattern.

My menu structure is:

Main menu
- sub menu
-- page
-- page 2
- 2nd sub menu
-- page 3

Now, the "Main menu" and the "sub menu" both point to the page. The page have an alias of "main-menu/sub-menu/page". However, if I edit the page, Pathauto (set to automatic alias) changes the alias to "main-menu/sub-menu", then if I edit the page again, it's "main-menu", then if I edit the page a third time, it's back to "main-menu/sub-menu/page" and so on.

Drupal 5.7
Pathauto 5.x-2.3

This hasn't had any more traction in almost two years. Is this a problem in Drupal 6? Should this be marked as won't fix?
