I have a internet site which i have many videos on, but for now i have only used a text link to my movies.

I want a module that can play video direct on my web page e.g (Youtube.com etc..)
I have found many modules that is integrated to work with you tube,but the thing is that i have my videos hosted directly on my web hotel server.
The player & module must also support divx/xvid/wmv/avi

Hope someone have tried and know of a good module for my use.

the media category holds the media type contrib modules.

for embedding , consider emfield.module which will cause you to have to install CCK.module too. Ultimatley, my suggestion is to test the ones you want for the feature set you want to have.

Emfield allows you to configure for using a custom url, so you can use your own urls
